i was looking at an astrology chart yesterday and i noticed something interesting. the ruling # for aquarius is 4. the next sign, pisces, is ruled by the # 7.

Gruppe 47 (English "Group 47")
"An informal association of German speaking writers that was founded in 1947 (hence its name). Gruppe 47 originated with a group of war prisoners in the United States who were concerned with re-establishing the broken traditions of German literature. Feeling that Nazi propaganda had corrupted their language, they advocated a style of sparse, even cold, descriptive realism devoid of pompus or poetic verbiage.
"Returning to Germany, they founded _Der Ruf_ ("The Call"), which was supressed in 1947 by the U.S. military government for political radicalism. The central figures of the group were the novelist Hans Werner Ricther and the writer Alfred Andersch. As the group's political aims diminished, its literary prestige rose, and its yearly prize conferred high distinction. Gunter Grass and Heinrich Boll were prizewinners. The last full conference of the group was in 1967."

I was just in Galveston, Texas, for a 5-day annual trade conference of the
IMAX Film industry. One of the exhibit booths there was occupied by a company
named "Groupe 47," a small French filmmaking company.
I asked how they chose the number 47 for their name. They said it is the
number of constellations!! I was stunned, of course, by this cosmic
circumstance.
They also admitted, however, that there is some disagreement about the
actual number of constellations. Fans of the number 47 may want to add that to
their long list of research topics.

at the time, the mariners were losing to minnesota

Christopher Guest is 47 years old. He was born on 2/5 (my birthday also) in 1948.
His character in the band Spinal Tap (my favorite fake band), Nigel Tufnel, grew up in Squatney, England in flat #47. David St. Hubbins (Michael McKean) lived next door in #45.
